As an Owner Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Central), Monday through Friday, and have the opportunity to work full-time or part-time. Your primary responsibility will be to assist blithequark customers by providing product information, registration services, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries. You'll also resolve owner issues through troubleshooting and minor concessions, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a high school diploma or GED, two+ years of sales or service experience, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. You should be organized, thorough, and able to prioritize and plan for rapid satisfactory resolution. You should also be flexible, able to adapt to change, and have a proven track record of working independently and as part of a team.
To work remotely, you'll need a dedicated work area that is quiet and spacious enough for blithequark-provided equipment. You'll also need a local internet provider with a minimum internet speed of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload. A wireless router capable of handling these speeds is also required.
