Experienced Tutor Center Operations Manager – Education Leadership and Math Enthusiast for Dynamic Learning Environment in Chattanooga, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center, ensuring a safe and professional learning environment
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to provide individualized instruction in a group setting using the blithequark method
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally, and providing opportunities for growth and development
• Market the blithequark program by building school and community relationships, and conducting sales to enroll new students
• Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans to ensure student success

Essential Qualifications:
