About Our Group Home Care Program
Our group home care program provides a supportive and nurturing environment for adults who require personalized care and attention. As an LPN with BAYADA, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, helping them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. We're seeking experienced LPNs to join our team and provide care to our clients in a group home setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult clients in a group home setting, including administering medications, monitoring health status, and performing various medical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve client goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes and other relevant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current LPN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health care or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess client needs and develop effective care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
