About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operator II to join our manufacturing team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery: Efficiently and safely operate assigned machinery, performing simple maintenance and making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Line Opening and Machine Set-up: Participate in line opening and machine set-up to ensure a smooth start to each shift.
• Follow Procedures: Follow all written procedures, including SOPs and PMRs, and report any discrepancies to the Area Supervisor.
• Quality and Compliance: Document accurately and check personal work for quality and compliance, continuously monitoring product for defects.
• Process Improvement: Help improve the production process by making suggestions for improvement and assisting in the training and development of peers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field is required. Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: You will need to be able to speak, read, and write in English, including technical and scientific language, and perform basic math functions. You will also need to be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move repetitively.
