Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Math Instructor to join our team in Canton, GA. As a Math Instructor at Mathnasium of Holly Springs, you will have the opportunity to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
- Participate in positive interactions with parents, establishing a high level of confidence and program value, and communicating effectively with them about their child's progress.
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, using technology to enhance the learning experience and improve student outcomes.
- Teach in-center, online, and via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices, which include individualized instruction in a group setting.
- Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions, working collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students and identifying areas where they may need additional support.
- Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework, providing constructive feedback that helps students improve their understanding and skills.
- Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment, ensuring that the center is well-organized and conducive to learning.
- Assist with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the center and the team.
Essential Qualifications
