**Responsibilities**
As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting all customers in a friendly and helpful manner, setting the tone for a positive experience
* Processing customer policy change requests with ease and efficiency
* Taking premium payments from customers with a smile
* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems

**Requirements**
