Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities, ensuring alignment with district curriculum guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality instruction to students, utilizing a range of teaching strategies and technologies to promote understanding and achievement in mathematics.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their academic growth.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment that encourages participation, respect, and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians through regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and staff meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to student education.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Valid Wyoming State Department of Education Certificate with appropriate endorsement and highly qualified status.
- Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance.
- Job-related experience, preferably in teaching mathematics at the junior high level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
- Knowledge of educational technologies and their integration into the classroom.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $48,420.00 to $80,928.00 per year (pro-rated for the remaining contract period), along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance.
