Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- U.S. citizenship.
- A valid Notary Commission, with the ability to obtain or maintain a commission within 1 year of employment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Gmail, and Zoom, with the ability to learn new software and technologies as needed.
