We are seeking an experienced Operations Business Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management both inside and outside your immediate line of reporting
- Work cross-functionally with various teams across Operations
- Monitor key performance indicators and work collaboratively to improve the quality of our processes and supply chain operations
- Develop and deliver communication plans with external partners, including suppliers, logistics, Wayfair's proprietary freight forwarding service (CastleGate Shipping), and external third-party logistics companies (3PL)

- Bachelor's degree acquired by the date of hire

As an Operations Business Associate, you could be placed in one of the following teams:
- CastleGate Shipping: A digital freight forwarding organization within Wayfair's broader CastleGate Logistics organization, offering a full suite of transportation services that aim to provide Wayfair suppliers with competitive and convenient logistics solutions.
- Corporate Support: The global corporate support teams are responsible for setting the standards on how we deliver an exceptional experience to our customers, identifying customer channel gaps, driving improvements for a smooth and frictionless customer experience, recommending technology solutions, and training our front-line specialists.
- Corporate Supply Chain: Wayfair's Corporate Supply Chain (CSC) team is a network of interconnected global divisions that support the journey of a product once an order is placed, including teams that manage all aspects of the Transportation and Delivery capability, teams that support front-line operations, and teams that manage and optimize Returns and Incidents.
- Global Partner Support: The Global Partner Support Team ensures that our Partners focus on what they do best - leaving the rest to us, acting as the voice of the Partner across the organization, providing our Partners with the daily support needed to ensure they delight our customers and win online with Wayfair.
- Planning and Inventory Management: Planning and Inventory Management (PIM) drives Wayfair's top and bottom line by collaborating with our suppliers to deliver high availability across CastleGate, physical retail, and outsource, utilizing our proprietary technology, fulfillment, and delivery organizations, and supply chain services to reduce costs, accelerate delivery, and ensure a reliable consumer experience.
- Planning and Analytics: Wayfair's Planning and Analytics team consists of four interrelated teams: Organization management, Operations Analysis, Operations Execution Management/Global Analytics Tech, and Operations Research (OR), delivering insights and capability development that cuts across other functional areas, assisting us in making better decisions across different time horizons, and driving overall organization performance/supply chain results.
A Significant Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy
All Boston-based students, Centers, and corporate employees will be in-office in a hybrid capacity, working in the office on designated days (Monday - Thursday) and remotely on Fridays.
