Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Marketing team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing data to identify areas for improving marketing effectiveness and cost efficiencies. You will serve as a key data resource for insights and visualizations related to organizational marketing and fundraising initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Scope and conduct analyses to identify areas for improving marketing effectiveness and cost efficiencies through financial modeling and analysis
- Serve as a key data resource for insights and visualizations related to organizational marketing and fundraising initiatives, including channel-specific, multi-channel attribution, and cross-line-of-business efforts
- Assist with data integration efforts related to the modernization and automation of run-and-maintain reporting, with the goal of increasing self-service utilization, decreasing data latency/time to market, maximizing data-driven insights, and complying with IT change management practices
- Write and execute moderately complex queries against standard platforms, and cleanse and prepare data for larger analysis
- Oversee regular distribution of data as required through multiple formats and present data in visualization form for easy stakeholder understanding
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and certification required
- Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Advanced skills in Excel required
- Ability to work on a team and knowledge of relational data warehouse environments and a high degree of proficiency in SQL, including both ANSI standard (Teradata) and PostgreSQL (Amazon Redshift)
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
