Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and suggest relevant American Express products and services
- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate the features, benefits, and value of American Express products
- Continuously develop and improve key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales
- Provide exceptional customer care by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and organized manner
- Document essential customer information in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Comply with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to sales and customer service practices
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building customer loyalty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
