Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for a Foodservice Strategic Partner Manager to join our Dynamic and growing team. This senior, relationship-driven role is focused on expansion and activation within existing partners — not net-new logo acquisition. Apex Order Pickup Solutions applies innovative, scalable software and hardware to enable safe, secure, frictionless order fulfillment for foodservice, retail, and wholesale distribution companies. We are providing transformative Contactless Pickup solutions to a rapidly expanding global client base. Apex is transforming foodservice operations through intelligent pickup and order-ready technology used by leading Foodservice Management (FSM) organizations nationwide. As we continue our rapid scale, we’re hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to own and grow our most critical FSM relationships. Position Summary The FSM Strategic Partner Manager is the day-to-day leader for 1–2 of Apex’s largest FSM partnerships. You’ll deepen relationships across multiple layers of the partner organization, champion joint planning, and drive expansion across locations, regions, and use cases. What You will be Doing: • Serve as the primary owner for 1–2 Tier‑1 FSM partners • Build multi-threaded relationships across national leadership, regional ops, and IT/innovation teams • Lead joint business planning and growth strategies • Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities including new sites, new regions, and new use cases • Accelerate the journey from contract signing to live location activation • Support executive business reviews, partner summits, and roadmap sessions • Partner closely with sales, product, operations, and deployment teams • Forecast partner-level growth and activation timelines What you will Bring: • 7 years or more in strategic accounts, partnerships, or enterprise sales • Experience selling into or working with FSMs, hospitality groups, enterprise operators, or similar • Proven ability to engage with both executives and operations leaders • Proven ability to quarterback cross-functional initiatives. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Relationship-first approach with strong business acumen Apex Offers: • Competitive salary • Full benefits package including health insurance, life, dental and vision • Volunteer Paid time off. • 401(k) plan with a company match • FSA, HSA & Supplemental insurance offering Why Apex: At Apex, you’ll influence the future of foodservice technology and shape the success of partnerships that scale nationwide. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
