Key Responsibilities: Be Part of Our Growing Team
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions in patients of all ages
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and technology platforms to streamline your work and enhance patient care
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, advanced psychiatric practitioners, and other therapists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health care
Qualifications: Join Our Team of Experienced Clinicians
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- An active license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW) in the state where you'll be delivering care
- A strong clinical background with experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and referring providers
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications: Enhance Your Application
While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your application:
- Experience working in outpatient mental health settings
- Familiarity with EHR systems and other technology platforms used in mental health care
- A strong background in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or DBT
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
