About the Role: Inbound Customer Service Representative - Work from Home - TEXAS

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts, certification processes, renewal processes, and application questions.
- Assist customers with navigating the customer portal and update account information as needed.
- Utilize available systems to access customer accounts, review information, and provide accurate solutions to customer queries.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring quality customer service.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of Texas and provide valid proof of residency (e.g., Texas driver's license).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating various software applications.
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and technology.
- Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
Technology Requirements:
To ensure success in this role, you'll need to meet the following technology requirements:
- Own computer with Windows 10 or above operating system.
- Intel Skylake i3 (2015) or AMD Zen Ryzen (2017) or better processor.
- 8GB RAM or better.
- Direct Ethernet connection.
- Consistent 50/10 Mbps Internet connection.
- Two monitors (a television screen can be used as a second monitor).
- Ergonomic keyboard and mouse.
- Webcam.
- Headset with noise cancellation and a mute button.
