We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ESSA - Special Programs Instructional Assistant to join our team at Salem-Keizer Public Schools. As an Instructional Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of our students, working closely with licensed teachers to plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and other educational initiatives.
The federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) aims to support equal opportunity for disadvantaged students and eliminate barriers to student success. As an Instructional Assistant in a Title I funded school, you will be required to meet certain proficiency standards in reading, writing, and math.
