Key Responsibilities

As a Lube Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Performing preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery tests, and safety checks
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participating in our award-winning training program to develop your skills and knowledge
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards
• Communicating effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues and provide solutions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Lube Technician, you will need:

• An eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing situations
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous automotive experience or exposure to the industry
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Certifications or training in automotive repair or maintenance
