Key Responsibilities:
As a Lowe's Pro Renovations (LPR) Project Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing submitted opportunities for viability, including compliance review, and partnering with account owners to address concerns and clarify requirements.
- Preparing for site walks by completing pre-call planners to ensure thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Conducting site walks to identify project scope, product needs, and installation service opportunities, including quantities, selections, scope, and job cadence for execution.
- Collaborating with Lowe's Independent Service Providers to determine scope requirements and cost elements based on site walk findings.
- Evaluating the profitability and viability of customers' requests and preparing comprehensive bid packets based on walk details, installer inputs, and final customer selections.
- Presenting bids for signature and execution by account contacts and partnering with the LPR Virtual Support team, installers, and customers to host Pre-Construction conferences.
- Performing post-mortem conversations with key stakeholders for all opportunities to gather feedback, including opportunities won or lost.
- Leveraging defined systems and processes to provide a best-in-class customer experience and supporting peers and leaders with other duties as assigned and required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, with 1-2 years of construction experience and a strong sales background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- A working knowledge of blueprints and technical skills.
- Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
