Position Overview
As a Teacher Assistant/Tutor at Workwarp, you will work closely with our certified teachers to provide individualized support to students in a remote learning environment. Key Responsibilities

- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and organized learning environment, supporting students with their assignments and activities.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with teachers, students, and parents through written and oral communication, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or 48 semester hours at an institution of higher education preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with students.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with educational software and technology, including online learning platforms and tracking systems.
- Certifications: Passing score on the ACT WorkKeys or equivalent assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience working with students in an educational setting, either as a teacher or teaching assistant.
