We are seeking experienced virtual math and algebra tutors to join our team of educators. As a virtual tutor with Littera Education, you will work with students in a 1:1 to 1:3 setting, providing high-quality tutoring support and guidance. You will have the opportunity to choose your own subjects and levels, set your own availability, and work from the comfort of your own home. Our tutoring model pairs students with the same tutor for 2-3 sessions per week, allowing for a consistent and supportive learning environment.

Our virtual tutoring program offers a flexible and supportive work environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We prioritize a consistent student:tutor relationship, and our tutors are matched with the same students for 2-3 sessions per week. Our company culture is built on a commitment to excellence, equity, and student success.
Our tutors are compensated at a rate of $18 per hour for non-high school algebra sessions, and $22 per hour for high school Algebra I sessions. We also offer a flexible scheduling system, allowing you to choose your own availability and subjects. Substitute tutors are available should you need a day off within a scheduled session series.
