As a Manager, Strategic Insights - Product Development and Innovation, you will play a critical role in supporting our business partners, particularly in the product and design organizations, to develop a research roadmap that aligns with their business objectives. You will lead a team of researchers, guiding and mentoring junior researchers on projects relevant to this area of scope. Your expertise in market research methodologies, data analysis, and presentation skills will help drive decision-making and business growth.

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $111,000.00 to $152,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
