As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers online, and providing them with accurate information about products and services. You will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle multiple customer inquiries via online chat simultaneously, providing timely and accurate responses
- Provide detailed information about products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns
- Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments
- Summarize customer interactions, highlighting their needs and concerns for client review
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need:
- A typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40+ WPM preferred)
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and professional demeanor
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Training and Scheduling Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, you will be required to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
