About the Role

As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you'll be the face of our client's brand, providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and internet interactions. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve customer complaints and address complex issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls within quality standards, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
• Capture prospect information, answer product-related questions, and define consumer needs through relevant CRM and product inquiries.
• Provide detailed product information, including current nameplates and their performance capabilities.
• Select fulfillment items, complete price and equipment statements, and locate dealers following standard dealerization rules.
• Categorize callers and offer appropriate touchpoints, such as warm transfers to dealers.
• Escalate outstanding issues, provide goodwill to customers, and communicate effectively via email and text chat.
• Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and address additional customer queries.
• Stay up-to-date with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools.
• Effectively manage customer complaints from initial call to resolution.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to rotate shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
