- Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Center (regional and headquarter level) to troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated product modalities under supervision, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
- Attend service training courses and work towards completing the UIH Professional Certificate, enhancing your competence in providing technical assistance and support to our customers, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.
- Escalate situations where customer satisfaction is compromised, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining contractual obligations, while demonstrating a customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

- A degree or higher diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a Science-related major, providing a solid foundation in the principles and structures of diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Familiarity with the principle and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (CT/MR/PET, etc.), as well as experience working with similar technologies.
- Good IT, Microsoft Office, and Networking Infrastructure skills, enabling you to effectively troubleshoot and maintain our equipment.
- The ability to find and troubleshoot faults in the field, demonstrating a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
