PPC & Paid Media Specialist – Google Ads, Meta, TikTok

Engagement Type: Ongoing / Long-term Contract Hours: 15-25 hours/week to start (will grow) The Role Home services (landscaping, roofing, pool cleaning, etc.) – local lead gen focus E-commerce (online courses/info products) – conversion-focused campaigns B2B lead gen (consulting firms) Your primary focus will be Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), but we also need support with retargeting and brand awareness campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. What You'll Do Google Ads (70% of time) Build, manage, and optimize Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns Manage geo-targeted campaigns across multiple markets with varying budgets Implement and refine conversion tracking (calls, form fills, purchases) Keyword research, negative keyword management, and ad copy testing Monitor Quality Scores, impression share, and auction insights Adjust bids and budgets based on seasonality and performance data Configure conversion tracking to optimize smart bidding Report on key metrics: CPC, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS Meta & TikTok (30% of time) Set up and manage retargeting campaigns (site visitors, video viewers, engaged users) Create top-of-funnel brand awareness campaigns Audience building and lookalike development Creative testing and performance analysis Coordinate with our team on creative assets What We're Looking For Must-Haves: 3+ years managing Google Ads accounts with $30K+/month in spend Proven experience with local/regional campaigns (geo-targeting, call tracking) Strong grasp of conversion tracking setup (GTM, GA4, call tracking platforms) Experience with Meta Ads Manager (retargeting, prospecting, lookalikes) Ability to communicate performance clearly—you'll interface with clients occasionally Detail-oriented with strong spreadsheet/data skills Based in a timezone that allows overlap with US business hours Strong Pluses: Experience with seasonal businesses Home services or local service business experience TikTok Ads experience Familiarity with call tracking tools (CallRail, WhatConverts, etc.) Experience optimizing for phone call conversions Understanding of how to balance branding spend with direct response
