In this role, you will provide telephonic nursing support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, assessing and triaging patient calls to determine the urgency of medical needs. You will offer medical advice, guidance, and education to patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medication management, and self-care techniques. Collaboration with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and follow-up will be essential, as well as documenting patient interactions, assessments, and recommendations accurately and timely in electronic health records systems.
We are looking for an experienced nurse who is able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
