[Remote] Client Success Manager, Array+

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Array is a financial innovation platform that helps digital brands and financial institutions launch consumer products faster. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Array+ products, and collaborating with various teams to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth. Responsibilities • Own a book of up to 150 strategically valuable Array+ clients • Develop messaging and communicate to clients about how they can maximize the value of Array+ for their users • Work closely with the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead to share the results of product experimentation and optimization with Array+ clients • Provide proactive communication to clients about changes to the Array+ product • Work closely with Array’s Deployment and Support teams to effectively onboard new Array+ clients and provide excellent customer service and support • Run renewal conversations and negotiations with Array+ clients • Document client feedback and relay to Conversion Rate Optimization Lead and Product team • Own growth metrics for Array+ revenue and active users • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought Skills • 5+ years of experience in a similar Client Success Manager role, preferably at a high-growth tech startup and or a financial institution • Experience owning a large book of business and being responsible for revenue and active user growth • A knack for managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best possible result for the clients and the business • Ability to think strategically and anticipate customer needs • Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do • Experience with a free to premium model is a major plus Benefits • Full medical, dental, and vision, premiums covered at 100% for full-time employees and 70% for dependents • Unlimited PTO and sick leave + 14 company holidays to encourage a healthy work-life blend • 100% 401k match up to 4% with immediate vesting • Generous and competitive parental leave for all parents • $1,000 desk setup subsidy to set-up your unique remote office • $100/month to subsidize wifi/cell phone expenses • Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays) typically from late May to the end of August • AnniversArray Kits for work anniversaries Company Overview • Array delivers embeddable, custom-branded credit and identity tools, personalized offers, and more.
