Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to American Express clients via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and productivity targets
- Stay up-to-date with American Express products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Requirements:
