They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to handle inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, and provide excellent customer service while collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to assist members and providers
- Document all calls, changes, and problems in the database and follow up on resolutions
- Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery
- Utilize computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Prior call center experience
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work afternoons, weekends, and evenings
- Experience in healthcare with provider networks and physician offices
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with telephone systems and copier/fax machines
- Highly motivated and team-oriented
