As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping patients and their families understand their medical bills and resolve account balances. You'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients to create affordable payment plans. Key Responsibilities
- Using empathy and excellent communication skills to help patients and their families understand their medical bills and resolve account balances.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $37,440 to $43,680 per year, based on prior experience, as well as:
- Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $100 to $400.
