The New Home Sales Consultant role is the starting point of our sales career path, supporting sales activity across multiple communities while gaining experience to eventually lead your own community.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers in model homes and sales centers
- Guide clients through floorplans, community information, and financing resources
- Handle early sales conversations and set qualified appointments
- Complete consistent follow-up and document all activity in CRM
- Maintain a clean, professional, retail-ready model and community space
- Capture photos, videos, and stories that highlight community life
- Participate in sales training and professional development
- Conduct basic competitive shops to understand market trends
Skills
- Active or willingness to obtain a state real estate license
- One or more years of quota-bearing, commission-based B2B or B2C sales experience
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree
