The role involves administering user access, customizing CRM objects, and providing support and training to users while ensuring data quality and creating reports.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Salesforce CRM, including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Maintain and customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows to support business processes
- Manage data quality through imports, updates, deduplication, and regular data audits
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales, service, and management teams
- Provide day-to-day user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements and best practices
