About the Role
This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive salary, available to candidates residing in Texas. As a Senior Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for operating data entry devices, performing a variety of data entry duties, and contributing to the success of our health care organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with moderate independence, using established procedures and guidelines
- Operate data entry devices and software applications, including AS400 and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook)
- Complete basic tasks without review, while seeking supervision and guidance for higher-level tasks
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in data entry work, ensuring high-quality results
- Work during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST), with flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends during peak periods (October - February)
- Participate in quarterly team meetings at our Fort Worth office (if commutable)
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Experience with AS400 and computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to work during normal business hours, with flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends
- Residency in Texas, with a dedicated workspace that meets our telecommuting requirements
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:
- Previous experience in health care administration or a related field
- Familiarity with data management principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
