Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment processes, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Utilize your knowledge of sales and lead conversion techniques to drive enrolment targets and contribute to the growth of UAL Online.
- Manage high-volume consultative sales tasks using CRM and phone, email, and chat systems, ensuring efficient and effective communication with prospective students.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.
- Meet targets and celebrate team achievements in a goal-oriented environment, driving success for UAL Online.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UAL Online courses and programmes, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably in higher education or a related field.
- Knowledge of sales and lead conversion techniques, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Experience with CRM and phone, email, and chat systems, managing high-volume consultative sales tasks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospective students and bring UAL Online to life.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote setting.
- A self-motivated and collaborative mindset, with a passion for creativity and higher education.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Compensation and Benefits
