About the Role
As a Remote Beauty Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of Sephora, providing concierge-level customer service, making product recommendations, and connecting with customers about Sephora's products and services. - Maintain adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring high-quality service and meeting performance expectations.
Essential Qualifications
