Job Description:
• Deliver California-compliant sexual violence and harassment prevention training in accordance with Labor Code § 1429.5
• Facilitate live, interactive sessions for employees and supervisors
• Ensure training materials and delivery is accessible, engaging, culturally responsive, and language-appropriate
• Communicate prevention strategies, reporting procedures, and anti-retaliation protections
• Provide information on company policies and internal reporting channels as needed during training sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance documentation, and compliance reports
• Independently manage time, travel, preparation, materials, and delivery
• Submit timely and accurate invoices with supporting documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of practical experience delivering harassment and discrimination prevention training
• Proven experience working in the janitorial or similar industry preferred
• Strong understanding of its work environment and operational challenges
• Prior experience delivering sexual harassment prevention in California
• Knowledge of California sexual harassment laws and workplace compliance requirements
• Fluent in Spanish including reading, writing, and speaking (required)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage documentation, materials, and travel independently
• Must be able to independently front travel-related expenses and submit timely invoices in accordance with company policy
• Proficient with MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools
