Job Summary:
As a part-time Sales Representative in our Rising Star program, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. You will work in a remote setting, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities:

- Cash Register Operations: Operate our Znet system to process transactions, handle returns, and manage customer accounts.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company policies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Restock merchandise, maintain store appearance, and ensure products are in their designated areas.
- Car Maintenance Support: Assist customers with car maintenance, including diagnosing issues and installing wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers to share concerns, ideas, and feedback.
- Customer Service Skills: Continuously develop and improve your customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences.
