Haulistic is a logistics company seeking engaging, self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives who thrive in a collaborative environment. The role focuses on sales rather than operations, allowing representatives to dedicate their time to creating business and increasing sales with the support of a logistics team.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and meeting daily requirement of 70+ cold calls per day
- Building and managing a customer pipeline
- Communicating effectively with clients via phone calls and email
- Managing one’s time appropriately between an existing account base and business development
- Conducting follow-up calls to assigned accounts
- Problem solving customer concerns and providing creative solutions
- Developing new and growing existing partnerships with clients and vendors through cold calling generated by external lead sources
- Working collaboratively with internal customers and other team members to maximize customer experience
Skills
- 1-3 years of Inside Sales, Phone Sales, or similar experience required
- Must possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to make 70+ cold calls per day to develop customer pipeline
- Negotiation and innovative problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- 1-3 years of Logistics Sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
