They are seeking a Business Analyst who will execute reconciliations, analyze and resolve issues, and support month-end close processes while assisting in finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute recurring reconciliations across billing systems, payment platforms, AR subledgers, and the general ledger
- Identify, analyze, and resolve reconciliation breaks related to cash receipts, unapplied cash, revenue variance, credits, adjustments, and write‑offs
- Participate and report out on root cause analysis on defects and support remediation efforts with cross‑functional partners
- Support month‑end close by resolving variances ahead of deadlines
- Document reconciliation results, process steps, and control evidence to support audit and SOX requirements
- Assist BPM and Finance Transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, defect reduction, and automation
Skills
- Experience in telecommunications or high‑volume billing environments
- Exposure to BPM, finance transformation, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting audits or SOX‑controlled environments
- SQL skills
