They are seeking a Customer Experience Trainer to design and deliver training programs for the Implementation and Account Management teams, focusing on developing both technical and soft skills to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate a comprehensive range of learning programs, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning
- Utilise digital tools to create flexible, innovative, and high-impact learning solutions
- Collaborate with Retail Customer organisation leadership to proactively identify critical skills and knowledge gaps
- Apply tested instructional design theories and practices, combined with adult learning principles, to maximise employee development and training effectiveness
- Provide one-on-one professional development training
- Contribute directly to the execution of the organisation-wide training strategy
- Champion a continuous learning culture throughout the organisation
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience developing and delivering blended learning solutions to business groups
- Proven ability to design structured lesson plans, activities, assessments, and evaluations
- Familiarity with and practical experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong instructional design skills, including hands-on experience with digital authoring tools. We use Articulate 360
- Demonstrated ability to use various technologies and media to create engaging learning resources for diverse audiences
- A high degree of autonomy and the ability to drive projects forward with limited guidance
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills for successful project work across departments and time zones
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position
