Job Summary

- Assist with classroom management, including supervising small groups of students during academic activities
- Support teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or other authorized personnel
