About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI Data Annotator to join our client's team on a remote basis in the US. This is an exciting opportunity with an immediate start, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 based on your expertise. As an AI Data Annotator, you will be responsible for annotating multimodal data, generating high-quality multiple-choice questions, and ensuring the quality and consistency of your work. Your contributions will be instrumental in optimizing AI model performance and driving advancements in AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Multimodal Data Annotation: Accurately label and tag data, including images and text, following provided guidelines to support the development of high-quality AI models.
- Multiple-Choice Question Generation: Create clear, concise, and high-quality questions for educational or AI training purposes, demonstrating your ability to understand complex concepts and communicate effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Review and verify your annotations to ensure consistency and correctness across datasets, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Data Processing: Handle large volumes of data efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed within project deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and adhering to guidelines.
Essential Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and we welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds.
- A strong academic record, particularly in mathematics, with a grade of B or above in a college-level mathematics course.
- A solid grasp of basic math and the ability to understand complex concepts, work with technical data, and demonstrate data literacy.
- Excellent attention to detail, with precision being crucial for accurate data annotation and the overall performance of machine learning models.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for generating content and annotating text-based data.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, managing your time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- At least 6 months of experience with data annotation, AI training/AI annotation, content review, search quality rating, or similar tasks, demonstrating your familiarity with the field and your ability to contribute effectively.
- Previous experience in AI annotation or training, or roles involving evaluation or grading work, such as a teacher, professor, teacher's assistant, content reviewer, data labeler, search rank evaluator, or editor.
- The ability to start immediately and commit to the project's duration, which is ideally 4-10 weeks with a flexible schedule of 10-40 hours per week.
