Job Overview: Assistant Director & ICP Program Manager
The Assistant Director & ICP Program Manager plays a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and facilitating outreach opportunities with local, regional, and national organizations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage local, regional, and national organizations in promoting educational equity and access.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including sponsors and organizations focused on college and career readiness.
- Supervise a team of Program Coordinators, student interns, graduate students, and volunteers to ensure the successful delivery of CMEA's programs and services.
- Collaborate with university officials and external educational administrators to advance CMEA's mission and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications
