As our ideal Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for owning the applicant funnel from sourcing to final hiring manager interviews for all open positions. Your expertise in recruitment management will be crucial in optimizing job posting strategies, identifying the most effective platforms for sourcing top talent, and tracking and reporting on the performance of job openings and hiring metrics. You will stay up-to-date on recruiting best practices and industry trends to enhance our processes, drive efficiencies, and implement automation tools to streamline recruitment operations. Additionally, you will advise on HR best practices as we continue to scale and grow as a company.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in recruitment management, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in optimizing processes and driving hiring excellence. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively are essential. You should also possess expertise in creating automations and driving operational efficiency, a data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, and experience working asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
While not required, having experience in HR best practices, recruitment marketing, and employer branding can be a significant plus. Familiarity with automation tools, experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations are also desirable.
