Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify target markets and businesses in need of recruitment services, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to inform your strategy
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and other relevant channels, using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and secure meetings
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for potential clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Maintain a database of potential clients and keep track of interactions, using data to inform your business development strategy and optimize your approach
- Provide regular updates on the progress of business development activities, using insights and metrics to drive continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in a recruitment or startup environment
- Experience working with startups or small businesses with limited resources, where you've had to be creative and resourceful to achieve your goals
- Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision, using your initiative and self-motivation to drive results
