Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced remote contract attorney to join our client's team. As a contract attorney, you will work on a variety of consumer protection and class action cases, providing exceptional legal services to clients and helping to drive success for the firm. Key Responsibilities
- Case Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of consumer protection and class action cases, including reviewing and synthesizing complex data, identifying key issues, and developing effective litigation strategies.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and draft various documents, including complaints, motions, and responses to discovery requests.
- Court Appearances: Make appearances in court, including hearings, depositions, and trials, as needed.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case progress and advising on strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to achieve case goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of a law degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
- Bar Admission: Admitted to the California Bar.
