We are seeking an experienced and skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, developing and executing staffing plans, and building relationships with candidates and cross-functional partners. You will be a brand ambassador for our company, promoting our culture, benefits, and opportunities to potential candidates. To be successful in this role, you will need:
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $64,000 - $95,900, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive and competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. You will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year.
