Initially, this position is offered as a six-month contract, with the potential for extension based on the program's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Lead a small team that works closely with VAL Uprising creators to provide guidance on career and content strategy, ensuring alignment with the latest trends and best practices on social media platforms.
- Content Support: Coordinate with our internal editing team to offer timely and high-quality editing services for creators, focusing primarily on short-form content that captivates audiences.
- Brand Partnerships: Collaborate with our sales team to identify and secure potential brand deals for our creators, leveraging your negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing any challenges that may arise during interactions with creators and clients, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships.

- Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work between 9 AM and 5 PM EST, with flexibility as needed, accommodating the dynamic nature of our industry and the needs of our global team.
