As a Customer Service Representative - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our self-storage facilities, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience. You will work independently on a property, managing the office, retail sales, and maintaining the facility. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
