• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high client satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
• Staff Augmentation Management: Oversee staff augmentation, negotiate terms, and ensure that consultants are appropriately placed and retained at client sites.
• Vendor and Freelancer Coordination: Manage vendor relationships to align resources, oversee freelancer and independent consultant management, negotiate terms, and ensure all program elements are effectively supported.
• Financial Management: Oversee billing and invoicing processes, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance and accuracy throughout each program.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operations team, facilitating collaboration, ensuring effective resource allocation, and driving performance across programs.
