We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Educational Quality and Improvement to join our fantastic team.
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join us as Head of Educational Quality and Improvement, driving quality assurance, school improvement, and educational governance across our UK portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Director of Education, you will play a key role in supporting and challenging schools to enhance teaching, leadership, and student outcomes.
Working closely with Heads of School and senior leaders, you will evaluate performance, identify priorities, and lead sustained improvement. You will also contribute to leadership development, lead professional networks, and support regional and group-wide initiatives. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, involving regular school visits and collaboration across the region.

Who We Are Looking For:
We have thriving Prep Schools and growing Secondary and Sixth Forms in our UK portfolio, and we are looking for an experienced and credible educational leader with a strong track record in school improvement and a deep understanding of what drives high-quality teaching, learning, and leadership, particularly in a secondary setting.
You will bring senior leadership experience and expertise in school evaluation, governance, and inspection processes. Confident in using data and evidence to drive improvement, you will be skilled in both supporting and constructively challenging school leaders.
An excellent communicator and relationship-builder, you will balance collaboration with accountability and impact. Experience across multiple schools or within a group structure is advantageous.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to travel are essential.
